After teeth extraction, the bones and gums are absorbed, the sinuses are enlarged, with the result that implants placement is often difficult, or more complicated surgical techniques with grafts are needed to increase the duration and cost of treatment.

With the technique all on 4 ,we are placing 4 implants between the sinuses in the upper and between the mental foramen in the lower jaw,2 of them straight and 2 tilted and we screw 12 teeth on them.
