These are prosthetic restorations, single (crowns) or multiple (bridges), without the traditional metallic elements, only with ceramic frame,either lithium decilicate(e-max) or zirconia.
These relatively new materials have similar mechanical properties to metallic ones and are superior in aesthetics and biocompatibility.
